Harvest is the most exciting time of the year. It's when we (quite literally) get to see the fruit of our labour! We have five different varieties of cranberries growing on the farm. We start with our earlier varieties on the East Marsh then move to the South Marsh and finish on the Old Marsh. If all goes well, we can pick an acre a day and we have 27 acres to pick. That means harvest is usually finished byOctober 31st.
